This stay was gifted to us by Lake Buena Vista Resort but all opinions are my own.
We had THE BEST time at Lake Buena Vista Resort during our last visit to Disney World!
We have visited Lake Buena Vista Resort multiple times before during our trips to Disney, so I was super excited to partner up with them this time around.
I wanted to stay at a hotel that allowed us to have the same comfort we have while at our own home, but fun enough to enjoy too when we weren’t at the parks!
We loved The Pirate Ship Pool so much that we spent one whole day splashing around!
Owen slept the entire time, so sadly he didn’t get to enjoy it, but Emma had a blast!
The Pirate’s Plunge Pool offers a zero-depth entry to allow younger kids to safely play in the shallow part of the pool, which was amazing since Emma is still little.
Kids can splash around the edges of the pool an enjoy the shooting water cannons, tumbling waterfalls and the amazing water slide that goes through the Pirate Ship that is wrecked in the middle of the Pirate-themed pool!
It was SO FUN!!!
(If you’re looking for a quieter place and vibe, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine next to their Relaxation Pool instead, which located between Buildings 1 and 2.
The Relaxation Pool offers poolside loungers and a tropical oasis of palm trees and tropical plants surrounding the pool add to the relaxation.)
Emma also got to experience a hot tub for the first time ever!
She was a little scared at first because the water is so hot, but I told her to relax, count to 10 and then it wouldn’t be so hot anymore – it worked! 😉
She loved it and we warmed up before going back to our room.
We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Suite.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in 1080 square feet of family space.
The Living Room includes a sleeper sofa, chairs and a flat screen TV.
The dining area has seating for 6 and my favorite part, we have a FULL, beautiful kitchen with full size appliances, including refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, an oven and dishwasher.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, flatware and cookware.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and master bath with an oversized jetted tub, which the kids loved taking baths in after long park days!
The second bedroom offers two full size beds – the kids were so excited to have their own beds, and flat screen TV and second bathroom just outside the doors.
Lake Buena Vista Resort is definitely one of our all time favorite Orlando places to stay at!
We seriously LOVE the convenience of the Living Room and Full Sized Kitchen when traveling with two little kids.
It’s so nice to give them the space to run around and it really just feels like home away from home!
OH MY GOSH YOU GUYS! I had the most amazing massage at Lake Buena Vista Resort‘s stayReflections Spa.
It was just what I needed as a mom of 2!
Between holding and picking the kids up all day, to just needing some alone time, booking a massage was the most perfect treat ever!
From massages, hair and makeup, nails and kids’ makeovers, they provide the “me” time that is so necessary during a fast-paced vacation filled with theme park visits and fun scheduled activities!
I booked a 50 minute Deep Tissue Tropical Island Massage and it was wonderful!
My masseuse’s name was Angel, and he was great.
I was so impressed with the whole spa, everything was super nice, clean, and amazing.
You can relax in their dry sauna while awaiting for your treatment and enjoy fresh fruit, organic tea, and bottled water while gazing at their beautiful in-house aquarium.
The spa is located on the sixth floor of the resort’s lobby building.
You can book your spa treat online before your visit!
Or, you can just do a spa day! You do not have to be staying in the resort to enjoy a spa treatment!

Our little family truly had the best time at Lake Buena Vista Resort!
