My Boo!
You and Mommy had your first “fight” this month, it was so funny!
I told you NO! and you flipped out. You cried, and moved away from me.
We went to Naples, and you were such a good girl! Everyone kept commenting on how well behaved you are!
You loved being in the pool with Mommy and napping with Daddy throughout the day, you were a big girl during all our meals in all the restaurants.
Mommy is really enjoying spending all day, every day with you! Sometimes I feel like you’re a bit of a handful, but that’s just because sometimes you don’t want Mommy to put you down or do anything. I think you’re just taking advantage of the fact that you have me all day, since that’s not usually how it is, when Mommy is at work!
I picked your birthday theme, it’s going to be Minnie Mouse of course!
And guess what, we are going to Disney too!

Sleep: STILL THE SAME… Go back to sleeping all night girl!! Sometimes you sleep through the night, and sometimes you don’t. Daddy is a sucker and can’t stand to hear you cry so he always brings you into bed with us. He falls right back to sleep, but I don’t because you want to be on top of me, and you want to nurse for comfort. I love it, but I’m not going to lie, sometimes when I’m really really tired and need to sleep because of work I get frustrated with the whole situation.. But then I just remind myself that this is temporary, that one day you won’t want to cuddle with me anymore.
Eating: Mommy is off from work for the summer, so you have been nursing on demand. You also eat more solids, including “real” food, and snacks. You always have a big breakfast, breastmilk with bananas and oatmeal and you LOVE it! You eat so much.
Likes: To pull yourself up on everything, to play in your play pack, Minnie Mouse, your walker. You love to eat, and watch Cooper play catch with his toy.
Dislikes: Sleeping in your crib, being fed when you are not in the mood to eat, being put down when you want to be held.
Milestones: Standing on your own for a few seconds, pulling yourself up on everything, and moving along furniture. You can also stand and only hold yourself with one hand.
Firsts: First time going to Naples, first fight with Mommy, first time eating grilled cheese.
Personality: You are so so smiley and happy and sweet! You are being extra sassy too! You smile back when someone smiles at you, and you love attention.
